Biography
Ms. Gigi Pio de Roda is the company’s Chief Operations Officer (COO) responsible for Operations, Call Center, IT and Transformation. With 29 years of experience in the financial services industry, she has a strong background in turning businesses to profitable enterprises through the execution of complex business transformation. She spent most of her professional life at HSBC Philippines where she assumed various executive positions, including Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President for Retail Banking and Wealth Management, and Chief Risk Officer. Ms Pio de Roda graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Management of Financial Institutions from De La Salle University. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors and a Professional Executive Coach.
