Biography
Sagittarius Dorothy is a Psychologist, career counsellor, crisis interpreter. Studies in personnel management, Master's degree in psychology from SWPS University in Warsaw, specializing in vocational counseling, Postgraduate studies at SWPS University in Warsaw from Psychology of Crisis and Crisis Intervention, Accredited crisis coaching training accredited by the Polish Psychotraumatological Association.
Research Interest
Sagittarius Dorothy leads consultations on professional issues, including stress, conflicts, professional burnout, work-life balance, discrimination, harassment or mobbing in the workplace. She specializes in career counseling and coaching for people planning career or job seeking, diagnosis of predisposition and development planning for students and graduates, and young people from the Y, Z and C generations with regard to social and occupational issues, achievement of life goals and solving conflicts.
