Biography

Mr.Khalid Ali Al Mawlawi is an HR synergist, a dynamic leader with extensive experience in linking talent strategy to business needs. Over the last 10 years, Khalid has been involved in strategic business solutions, nationalization, talent management, employee relations, employee retention, recruitment, and succession planning and leadership development. His key strengths include human resources and sports events leadership. He has proven his mettle in managing large-scale organizational change initiatives, building teams and optimizing HR services and programs to enhance organizational effectiveness. Khalid is charged with the responsibility of making QF a magnet for top global talent and weaving a performance culture in the organization. He is a major force in the growth and transformation of Human Resources from an operational function to a strategic business partner. Khalid has held leadership positions some of the most prestigious global sports event held in Doha, to name a few – 15th Asian Games, Arab Games, World Indoor Championships. He has represented the State of Qatar in various International Events, the most recent sports related designation is President, Qatar Volley Ball Association. Khalid Al Mawlawi, is Director of Employee Relations & Welfare for Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development is a private, non-profit organization that serves the people of Qatar by supporting and operating programs in three core mission areas: education, science and research, and community development.
