Biography
Dr Anna Tan is a senior consultant and head of Cornea and External Eye diseases in the Department of Ophthalmology at The National University Hospital. She routinely performs corneal transplants, amniotic membrane transplants, pterygium excisions as well as the medical management of corneal diseases. Her other areas of expertise include femtosecond laser assisted cataract surgery and laser refractive surgery like bladeless LASIK and ReLex smile. Dr Tan is also an Assistant Professor in Ophthalmology at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and the Program director at NUH’s Eye Residency Program in charge of training future eye doctors for the nation.
