Biography
Lebea holds a PhD in biochemistry and molecular biology from the North-West University. He joined the CSIR in 2006 and currently leads the CSIR’s point-of-care research and is the main coordinator for a multi-country foot-and-mouth disease programme with multi-institute participation
Research Interest
His research interests lie in endemic infectious diseases in animals, specifically animal diagnostics and related vaccine development.
