Biography
Knoetze is an experienced research manager that has managed several and diverse CSIR projects and programmes since 1990. He is manager of the CSIR building science and technology area. Research in this area spans a wide range of technologies, including construction materials, construction methods, construction industry development, facilities planning, facilities management, building physics and smart buildings.
