Research Interest
I started researching with a doctoral thesis on the Flora and Vegetation of a Pyrenean territory, which mainly dealt with floristic and vegetation aspects. I have worked in phytochemistry, mainly in the Pyrenees, and I have also been interested in the CORINE habitat type, its relationship with phytochemical units and their application in environmental management and assessment. With the emergence of GIS, I have worked on the adaptation of analog thematic and cartographic products to digital media. For some years I have focused my work on the field of cartography of the vegetation and the cartography of CORINE habitats, at different scales.
