Biography
Rod Hubbard currently splits his time between Vernalis and the University of York. At York, his research is in developing and applying fragment methods for chemical biology, including work on the bacterial replisome, activating industrial enzymes and the design and synthesis of novel 3D fragments. At Vernalis, he has helped establish fragment and structure-based drug discovery methods which has successfully delivered clinical candidates against a range of targets.
