Biography
Karl Thedéen, joined Infinera in August 2015 as part of the company’s acquisition of Transmode. Prior to joining Infinera, Mr. Thedéen served as Chief Executive Officer at Transmode from 2007 to 2015. From 2002 to 2007, Mr. Thedéen served in various senior management positions within Ericsson, including a Board of Directors’ position with Network Technologies AB from 2004 to 2007, Vice President of the Wireline Product Area for Ericsson AB from 2004 to 2006 and Account Executive for the TeliaSonera account from 2002 to 2004. Prior to this, Mr. Thedéen held other positions within Ericsson including a period in the UK from 1995 to 1996 as an Account Manager on the Ericsson BT account team. Mr. Thedéen holds a M.S. degree in Systems Engineering from KTH, the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, and serves as a Board member of Kabona AB and HMS Networks AB.
