Eric Iunker is a Senior Lecturer at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, he taught the courses like Advanced service techniques, AP, F and E sections. Art of the table, practical, DHR1 F and E sections, Gastronomy and Excellence Service, MHA section. And he introduced the concept of gourmet restaurant application.
