Biography
Louise Pascot is a Lecturer at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, Louise started Hospitality school at the age of 17, she passed a BEP and pursued the studies in order to enrich her knowledge. In 2007, she graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Toulouse University, France. After a short professional experience in Morocco, she arrived in London.
