Dr. Aysun CEBECİ AYDIN is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Biochemistry, Abdullah Gul University , Turkey. His/Her research interests include Food microbiology, microbial genetics, bioinformatics,microbial identification methods, probiotics, bacteriocins, lactic acid bacteria. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Aysun CEBECİ AYDIN is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to Food microbiology, microbial genetics, bioinformatics,microbial identification methods, probiotics, bacteriocins, lactic acid bacteria.
