Biography
Muhammed Öztemel, who completed his undergraduate education at the Department of Civil Engineering at Cumhuriyet University, Faculty of Engineering, on 20.06.2014, completed his master degree at Sakarya University, Institute of Science and Engineering, Civil Engineering Department on 23.12.2016. In the same year he received Class C Job Security Specialist. Lecturer. See. Muhammed Öztemel has been serving as a faculty member in the Department of Civil Engineering at Istinye University since 2017.
