Biography
He was born on 29.10.1944 in Tebriz. He is the head of Educational Sciences national education graduate department. He completed his under graduate program at Tebriz Teacher College in 1972. After he had completed his graduate program at University of Erzurum East Languages and Literature Department in 1982, he completed his Phd (Doctor) at Azerbaijan Academy of Sciences in 1992. He became an assistant professor in 1996, an associate professor in 1996, an assosiate professor in 1999, and a professor in 2006. He became a member of North Azerbaijan Writers Union and TRNC Writers Union.
