Biography

Dr. Ahmet Turan ÖZTÜRK is a Professor  at the Faculty of Business Administration of the Turkish Aeronautical Association.Dr. OZTURK has more than 10 national and international publications (14 international publications) published in the fields of "Management-Organization, Human Resource Management, Leadership, Defense Industry, Business Ethics, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Rural Poverty, there is a published book titled "The Process of Supervision of the Independent State" as well as the improvement and development project.
