Biography
As a Director of Open Programs, Pam has responsibility for the Fast Track Advanced Management Programme, as well as a suite of influencing and performance management programs. She also works with a range of clients, from a broad range of business sectors and backgrounds. Before joining Ashridge Pam worked internationally with HSBC based in Hong Kong, and also with Monash Mount Elisa Business School in Melbourne. She has a degree in Sociology and Social Administration from Warwick University and an MBA from Cass Business School. She is qualified in a range of psychometric instruments, and is an NLP practitioner and accredited Ashridge coach. Her publications include How to coach your team (Pearson’s 2016); Managing for Performance (Prentice Hall 2007); Teams Surviving in Complexity (Ashridge 2006); The Impact and Presence Pocket Book (2004); The Performance Management Pocket Book (re printed 2014); and Delivering Exceptional Performance (Times Pitman, 1996).
