Research Interest

I am currently working on a longitudinal study exploring entrepreneurial self efficacy. This is a project which I am leading but I am co-operating with researchers at the University of Technology, Sydney. We are currently at the data analysis stage. I am also working with research staff at The University of East Carolina, we are using concept mapping to understand how adults with dyslexia cope with entrepreneurship and employment. My research on female entrepreneurship continues.
