Biography
He is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Mechanical, Aerospace and Automotive Engineering. Before joining Coventry University in 2016, he was a Senior Lecturer in Renewable Energy Engineering at Kingston University London.He gained his PhD from Aston University whilst working on hybrid solar-biomass power plants. As a Research Fellow, he assisted in the development of pyrolysis plants for generating bio-fuels from agro-residues in India. His research has been published in several leading scientific journals (Energy, Solar Energy and Journal of Cleaner Production) and, as a guest editor, hE has managed journal special issues. He is on international scientific committee panels for several international conferences and he is an external examiner for other higher education institutes.
Research Interest
His research explores interdisciplinary engineering methods to advance and promote the sustainable development of renewable energy systems.
