Biography
Niall McDevitt is Managing Director of Cpl Healthcare and has over twelve years’ recruitment experience. During his time in Cpl Niall has managed a number of teams including the organic set up of HR/Retail/Sales/Marketing and was also one of the partners who set up Cpl Northern Ireland. Within this role he is responsible for managing a large nationwide team providing recruitment and staffing solutions to all aspects of the healthcare sector both in the public and private sector across Ireland. Niall is involved in all aspects of the business both from an operational and strategic perspective. The business has a large temporary/contract population and also places permanent staff across all disciplines.
