Biography
Mary is a member of Cranfield's International Centre for Women Leaders and one of the authors of the report on the role of Executive Search Consultants in achieving board diversity on FTSE 100 companies, which was sponsored by the Equalities and Human Rights Commission. Mary is a member of the British Academy of Management, the American Academy of Management and regularly speaks at conferences both in the UK and Europe. In her work in customised executive education Mary designs and delivers general management and leadership development programmes for leading business schools across Europe, North and South America, Africa and Asia. In addition, she contributes to MBA and Masters qualification programmes. Prior to this, Mary held roles in Organisational Development and as HR Director in both the Financial Services and Global Media sectors and was Lecturer of Economics at Dublin City University.
Research Interest
Mary's research interests focus on reputational capital in the corporate governance of organisations, its composition and impact on effectiveness and the implications for human resource management.
