Biography
In his career Richard has raised in excess of USD165m in sponsorship revenues whilst working with a total of nine F1® World Drivers’ Champions including Niki Lauda, Alain Prost, Ayrton Senna, Damon Hill, and Michael Schumacher. Specialising in the fields of ‘creating and maintaining high performing teams’, ‘effective leadership’ and ‘managing change’, he has delivered in excess of 250 keynote speaking sessions for over 170 leading companies around the world. Richard also founded and runs a PATL Formula 1 based performance programme in Melbourne for Metro Trains in addition to his global speaking and coaching commitments. He has been awarded membership of the prestigious Professional Speaking Association and Global Speakers Federation.
