Researcher in food science and technology having more than 10 years food labs experience. Acquired expertise in functional properties of food proteins and teamwork in food science labs. Excellent experience in proteomic technique such as SDS-PAGE, 2D electrophoresis and using MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry. Skills gained from teaching most of food science courses such as food chemistry, food analysis and food quality control and supervision of food science researches.
