Laura Sugden

Biography

Laura Sugden is the Company’s Senior Vice President of Human Resources. She has been with the Company since 2006 in an HR capacity. Ms. Sugden oversees the company’s talent acquisition and development activities to continue to build a competitive cultural environment, as well as drive growth and innovation. She is also responsible for all human resources policies, practices, planning, direction and activities, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards, Benefits and Compensation, Employee Relations and Diversity. Ms. Sugden holds a B.S. in Finance from Virginia Tech and an M.B.A. from Marymount University.
