Biography
I am a Post-Doctoral Research Associate at Tyndall Manchester. I am working on the UKERC-funded Financing Community Energy project, with Carly McLachlan, Sarah Mander, and Maria Sharmina also of Tyndall Manchester; and Ed Manderson (University of Manchester), Matthew Hannon (University of Strathclyde) and Jeff Hardy (Imperial College). This project aims to provide the first systematic quantitative and qualitative analysis of the role of finance in the evolution of the UK community energy sector; and to develop recommendations for innovative policies, business models and finance mechanisms that will support future growth of the sector.
