Biography
Carol has a BSc (Hons) in Economics and Business Economics from Southampton University and an MBA from the Open University. Carol has over 25 years experience in the medical devices industry working in a variety of roles including Sales and Marketing Management for both the UK and European markets, in Strategic Business Development as a Six Sigma Black Belt. Following a secondment to the Department of Health working in the Innovations Division supporting the implementation of the Department of Health Innovation, Health and Wealth strategy Carol is now Head of Strategic Partnership for the Health Care division of 3M.
