Biography
Appointed to the Board in January 2014 Committees Member of Audit Committee, Nominations and Governance Committee, Safety and Ethics Committee. Skills and experience A Singaporean national, Hsien Yang was formerly a member of our International Advisory Board and combines a strong background in engineering with extensive international business experience in our most important growth markets. He was chief executive of Singapore Telecommunications Limited for 12 years until 2007. He served as chairman and non-executive director of Fraser and Neave Limited from 2007 to February 2013. He has significant industrial and financial skills.
