Biography
My broader research interests focus on identity, organizational socialization, leadership, performance management, career transition, along with a general interest in cross-cultural management. My research incorporates the elements of organizational behaviour (OB), human resource management (HRM), and organizational psychology. I am currently investigating newcomer on boarding process and identity development. My research draws on social psychological perspectives to explore how leadership, identity and cognitive processes involved influence newcomer engagement and innovation. Related to this, I am also interested in the process of identity development during career transition. I would be happy to consider supervising PhD projects in areas coherent with my research interests.
