Biography
Laura is a practising Occupational Psychologist and is a Chartered Psychologist registered with the HCPC. She is also a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. She works part time within the IWP as Programme Director for the joint programmes MSc Work Psychology and MSc Occupational Psychology. Her career has involved substantial experience in developing employability, career counselling, selection and assessment and training and development. She lectures on a range of university programme at undergraduate and postgraduate level including Occupational Psychology, MBA and Human Resource Management.

Psychological contract breach; Wellbeing and employability of neurodiverse individuals; Career management interventions; Employability and; Training and development interventions.
