Biography
Daniel A. Rudio is Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Rudio joined Endo in November 2006 as Financial Reporting Manager and has held various positions of increasing responsibility. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Rudio was a finance manager at Rohm and Haas Company where he worked for four years in a variety of accounting and finance positions of increasing responsibility. Mr. Rudio began his career in public accounting at Ernst & Young LLP where he worked from July 1995 to November 2002. Mr. Rudio is a licensed certified public accountant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and holds Bachelor of Science degrees in both accounting and finance from Rutgers University. Daniel A.
