Biography
Denay Davis is Alberici’s Vice President of Employee Services. She oversees human resource functions including benefits, compensation, compliance, diversity, organizational development and recruiting. Denay is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and earned a B.A. in Human Resource Management from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri. She also holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, where she currently teaches a Society for Human Resource Management certification preparatory course.
