Biography
Dr.Victor Skormin is an Distinguished Service Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the State University of New York – Binghamton. He obtained his MSEE from Polytechnic Institute, Alma Ata and PhD from Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys, Moscow, Russia.
Research Interest
Modern control theory and applications (motion control, pointing-acquisition-tracking systems in laser communication, advanced process control) computer network/information security (behavioral approach to intrusion detection in cyber-physical systems)
