Dr. Stephen D. Collins, M.D., Ph.D., also known as Steve, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at Biscayne Pharmaceuticals, Inc.  Dr. Collins serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Cour Pharmaceutical Development Company, Inc. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Insero Health, Inc. Dr. Collins served as Chief Executive Officer and President at NeuroTherapeutics Pharma, Inc. (NTP). Dr. Collins career has focused on the research and clinical development of therapeutics for CNS disorders. Prior to joining NTP, he served as Chief Scientific Officer of Ovation Pharmaceuticals, a CNS-focused biopharmaceutical company acquired by Lundbeck A/S for $900 million. He served as Vice President of Strategic Alliances and Corporate Initiatives at Lundbeck, Inc. (a/k/a OVATION Pharmaceuticals, Inc.).
