Biography
Ms. Dapra is responsible for coordination, data review, and report generation of the laboratory materials testing, as well as training of all laboratory personnel. As the Laboratory Manager, Ms. Dapra maintains laboratory accreditations with the Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT), California Department of Transportation (CalTrans), AASHTO Materials Reference Laboratory (AMRL), and the Cement and Concrete Reference Laboratory (CCRL).
