Biography
Alan S. McKim founded the Company in 1980 and has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer since its founding. He was named President of the Company in September 2016. He serves as a director of most of the Company's subsidiaries. Mr. McKim holds an MBA from Northeastern University's D'Amore - McKim School of Business. He now serves on Northeastern University's Board of Trustees, and he holds an honorary doctorate from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy. Mr. McKim is recognized as an industry leader, with over 35 years' experience in the environmental services business.
