Rachel Pugliano

Biography

Rachel has a diverse background in coding and documentation within the hospital setting; both inpatient and outpatient as well as physician services. In addition, Rachel has served as the Patient Administration Supervisor for an Army Medical Center managing the day-to-day operations of the Health Information Management department.  Rachel has a long and proven history of being able to work with physicians in addition to coding and ancillary staff to develop their understanding of documentation and coding issues.
