Robert P. Whitacre

Biography

    Mr. Robert P. Whitacre, Rob serves as Principal and Executive Vice President of Property Management at Cornerstone Companies, Inc. At Cornerstone, Mr. Whitacre is responsible for overseeing the management of over one million square feet of various types of medical properties. Rob promotes leadership, personal development and ensures that all clients are receiving unparalleled customer service. He serves as a technical resource for all Cornerstone Companies associates, including marketing, leasing, financial analysis, accounting and property management personnel. Mr. Whitacre has been in the real estate industry since 1995. Previously, he worked for NAI Olympia Partners. His client’s served included many corporate and governmental entities (2nd Globe Structures, a subsidiary of Young and Laramore advertising company, Amerimar Enterprises, Inc., The State of Indiana, Indiana University, Wurth Group of North America, Intelecom, Inc., Shorwood Holdings, L.L.C., and Prevent Blindness Indiana). He serves as a member of the local Building Owners and Managers Association, as well as a member of the local chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management. Mr. Whitacre is also a mentor for The Oaks Academy. He received his B.A. in Business Marketing from Indiana University in 1995.
