Biography
Timothy J. Douros, J.D. has been the Chief Intellectual Property Counsel at Cubist Pharmaceuticals Inc. since May 2002 and has been its Head of Litigation and Vice President since January 2009. Mr. Douros began his legal career in New York as a patent litigator, first with Morgan & Finnegan and later with Rogers & Wells (now Clifford Chance).
