Neil A. Chapman

Biography

Mr. Neil A. Chapman has been the President of ExxonMobil Chemical Company, Inc. since January 1, 2015. Mr. Chapman has been Vice President of Exxon Mobil Corporation since January 1, 2015. He served as President of ExxonMobil Upstream Technical Computing Company. Mr. Chapman served as Senior Vice President of Polymers of ExxonMobil Chemical Company, Inc. since 2011 until January 1, 2015. Mr. Chapman joined Esso Chemical in 1984 at the Esso refinery in Fawley, UK. He served as President of ExxonMobil Global Services Company since 2007 until 2011. He served a series of engineering, operations, planning and marketing roles in various chemicals affiliates in the United Kingdom, Belgium, United States and Hong Kong. He served as Chemicals Sales Manager of Asia Pacific and Project Executive of the Fujian Integrated Refining and Ethylene Joint Venture Project in China. In 2002, he joined the Fuels Marketing division as head of ExxonMobil Aviation International Ltd. in the United Kingdom and served as Vice President of Industrial and Wholesale Fuels based in the United States. He served as Vice President of Global Polyethylene Business Unit at ExxonMobil Chemical Company since 2005 and Executive Assistant to the chairman at Exxon Mobil Corporation since 2006. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Surrey University, England
