Biography
"Amy Boss is one of the nation's leading commercial law scholars. An expert on legal issues in electronic commerce and on codifying international commercial law through treaty, she is a member of the Council of the American Law Institute and the first professor and second woman to have chaired the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association.
