Biography

Mr. Saber has over 16 years of experience in corporate and business development, product evaluation, strategic planning, commercial and financial analysis. Prior to joining Handa, he served as Managing Director of Mirubi Group LLC, a life-sciences strategy consulting firm. From 2007-2014, he held positions of increasing responsibility in the business development group at Par Pharmaceutical, where he negotiated dozens of collaboration agreements, asset acquisitions, and divestitures, and contributed significantly to the identification, evaluation, execution and integration of several M&A transactions. From 2001-2006, he served in various positions at Taro Pharmaceuticals, U.S.A., including Director of Strategic Planning. Mr. Saber received a Bachelor’s degree in English (literature) from the University of California at Berkeley in 1992, and an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University in 2001.
