Biography
The first non-McCarthy family member to lead the company as its chief executive, Mike Bolen has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. In his current role, Mike directs the company's strategic planning efforts. Prior to the CEO position, Mike was the company's Pacific Region President and served as executive vice president of operations and senior vice president of construction services. He joined McCarthy's Phoenix office as a carpenter superintendent in 1981 and later was director of operations for McCarthy's parking division.
