Steve Ryder

Biography

 Steve Ryder is the Chief Financial Officer for Invenergy, where he manages capital raising efforts related to its generation portfolio and oversees treasury, tax, accounting, risk management and investor relations matters for the company. Prior to his current position, Ryder headed Invenergy’s structured finance team, where he oversaw the negotiation and execution of more than $5 billion in transactions. Over the last 25 years, Ryder has held several finance and technical positions, including at GE Capital, the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), and AT&T/Lucent Technologies. A Chartered Financial Analyst, Ryder earned a BS in Electrical Engineering magna cum laude from Tufts University and a Masters in Public Affairs from Princeton University.
