Paul Faries

Biography

Paul is at the forefront of our resort portfolio, managing over $25 million in annual revenue while sourcing, underwriting and securing financing of our resort and hospitality assets. Prior to coming on board at JMA, Paul was Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for the Fremont Group, a diversified investment firm with over $10 billion in assets under management spanning real estate, leveraged buyout, venture capital, hedge fund and public mutual fund lines of business. His responsibilities at Fremont included strategic analysis to drive capital allocation and structuring decisions as well as overseeing quarterly board reporting process and serving as a liaison between Fremont’s senior management and the various investment groups. Education: B.S. in Business Administration from Pepperdine University; MBA in Finance from the Anderson School at UCLA.
