Biography
Dr. Medepalli received her medical degree from Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad, India. She completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at NYU Downtown Hospital, New York, New York. Dr. Medepalli completed her fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York. Dr. Medepalli is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Nuclear Cardiology, and a Registered physician in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI). Her area of special interests and expertise includes noninvasive cardiology and women's heart health. It is through her active approach she has created partnerships with fellow physicians to promote women's heart health awareness, and early detection and treatment for women with heart disease. Dr. Medepalli continues to be involved in community outreach by providing editorial content for community publications and educational lectures to increase awareness of cardiovascular disease in women.
