Biography
Steven W. Percy Mr. Percy has been a director of OMNOVA Solutions since 1999. His current term expires in 2019. He is the Chairperson of the Audit Committee and a member of the Executive Committee. Prior to his retirement in 1999, Mr. Percy had been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BP America Inc., an international energy company, since 1996. Over a twenty-three year career with BP, he held leadership positions of increasing responsibility in the United States and Europe, including as chief executive of BP Finance International and BP Oil. From July 2012 to June 2013, Mr. Percy served as the Interim Dean of the Monte Ahuja College of Business at Cleveland State University. Steven W.
