Biography

Ms. Indra K. Nooyi, M.P.P.M., has been the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo, Inc. since May 2, 2007 and October 1, 2006, respectively. Ms. Nooyi served as the President of PepsiCo, Inc. since May 2001, Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President since February 2000 and also served as its Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning, Corporate Strategy and Development from 1994 to 2000. She was responsible for PepsiCo's worldwide strategic planning function, including developing and coordinating business plans for its operating divisions. Ms. Nooyi served as Vice President and Director of Corporate Strategy and Planning at Motorola Solutions, Inc. She spent four years as Senior Vice President of Strategy, Planning and Strategic Marketing at Asea Brown Boveri, Inc. She served as the Chairman of the Board of U.S.-India Business Council. Ms. Nooyi has been a Director of Pepsico, Inc., since May 2001. She has been a Director of Schlumberger Limited since April 2015. She serves as a Director of U.S. Soccer Federation, Inc. She serves as a Director of U.S.-India Business Council. She serves as a Director of the International Rescue Committee and Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Inc.
