Biography
Jorge Celestino Ramos is Refining and Natural Gas Director. He joined Petrobras in 1983 and the positions he has held at the company include that of marketing manager for the Isaac Sabbá Refinery (Reman), from 1996 to 1999. That same year, he took over as the Executive Manager for Operations at Petrobras Distribuidora, where he remained until 2002. He was then appointed as the Industrial executive manager at Petrobras Distribuidora's Lubricant Factory, where he remained until 2003. He held two other positions at Petrobras Distribuidora: Manager of the East Consumer Regional Department, from 2003 to 2005, and Manager of Marketing for Industry and Thermal, from 2005 to 2007. Also in 2007, he returned to the position of executive manager for Operations at the subsidiary, where he remained until 2014, when he returned to Downstream, taking over as the Executive Manager for Logistics.
