Gregory Turchan

Biography

Mr. Turchan joined Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. in November 2001 as VP of Operations, and was eventually promoted to Chief Operating Officer in January 2003. Mr. Turchan’s responsibilities include overall management of all Care Management/Utilization Review, Nurse Practitioner, Licensed and Certified home health field office operations in addition to Corporate Clinical operations, and Managed Care software development. He is an experienced Chief Operating Officer with over 34 years of home health care executive experience in strategy development, operations, financial management, acquisitions, labor union relations, sales and marketing. Before joining Premier, he served as Chief Operating Officer for Star Multi Care Services, Inc. and was President of Long Island Nursing, Inc. Mr. Turchan has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY, a Master of Social Work from Syracuse University, and a Master of Public Administration from The Maxwell School at Syracuse University.
