Biography
Jay joined Ready Pac Foods in 2014 and is responsible for leadership of the sales team, including managing and directing the execution of sales plans and initiatives across all sales channels, directing the implementation and execution of sales policies and practices and working closely with the Marketing team to meet and exceed established targets. Prior to Ready Pac Foods, Jay held various leadership roles at Nestlé, including Divisional Vice President, in which he grew the Ambient and Chilled business and led the Nestlé Frozen Business as well as the integration of the Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream brand into Nestlé USA. He was Director of Account Development – Club and Emerging Markets for The Gillette Company before Nestlé, and also worked with Oral-B Laboratories and Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products, Inc.
