Biography
Mr. John Donovan has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Tioma Therapeutics, Inc. and Alios BioPharma, Inc. since August 2016. Mr. Donovan founded Alios BioPharma, Inc. in 2008 and served as its Chief Business Officer and Chief Financial Officer. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of CoMentis, Inc. ( known as Athenagen Inc.) since May 2006. He was responsible for scaling CoMentis, Inc.'s finance organization, raising additional capital, and managing its information technology, facilities and human resources functions. He has more than a decade of biotechnology finance experience both as an Investment Banker and as a Member of Senior Management within InterMune , Inc., served as its Vice President of Strategic Planning & Analysis.
